Ingredients:
For the meat toppings:
A little olive
Garlic
Onion
Bell pepper
1 lb. Ground beef
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Bouillon cube
Beef broth
Pizza Dough.
2.5 all purpose flour
1 sachet active dry yeast 3/4 oz. Or 22 grams.
1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup Luke warm water (around 110 Deg. F/45 Deg. C.)
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
Toppings:
Prego Italian Sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pizza meat
Onion
Olives
Pineapple
Jalapeño
Mushrooms
Bell pepper
Instructions for cooking the meat:
1. Prepare all the ingredients needed.
2. On a pre-heated pan on medium heat sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper. Set aside.
3. Brown the ground meat and then drain most of the fats/liquid.
4. Add the sautéed garlic, onion and bell pepper.
5. Add the ground black pepper, italian seasoning, bouillon beef cubes, and a little beef broth to dissolve the beef cubes.
6. Cook until its done with no liquid but not dry and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Instructions for preparing and cooking the pizza dough:
1. Prepare all the utensils and ingredients needed.
2. Prepare a luke warm water ( 110 Deg. F/45 Deg. C)
3. Add brown sugar to the warm water and dissolve it.
4. Add the yeast to the water mixture and stir a little bit and set it aside for 10 minutes. (preferably in a dark area and undisturbed). Make sure the yeast mixture bubble up if not try again the yeast is dead this is important. ( watch the video)
5. In a bigger mixing bowl add a little olive oil, spread the oil with brush or with your hand. Add the flour and salt, mix it properly. Once the yeast is ready, pour it to the flour mixture then add the olive oil.
6. Mix it properly using a spatula or wooden spoon until the dough starts to form. Continue kneading the dough by hand until the dough starts to form like a ball.
7. Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough with your two hands for 5 minutes or longer until the dough is firm and stretchy.
8. Cover it for 5 minutes or longer ( remember this is quick and easy pizza dough)
9. Knead again for a few minutes until its soft and stretchy. Divide it into two if you want thin crust and if you like a thick crust you can use all the dough.
10. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin and have fun. (Use your hand if you don’t have a rolling pin)
11. Once the dough is flatten, get your pizza pan and stretch it out. Poke the dough with fork.
12. In a pre-heated oven @450 Deg. F or 232 Deg. C. Cook the dough for 5 minutes, remember you still need to cook the dough later.
13. After its done, set it aside for a few minutes before assembling the pizza toppings.
Instructions for layering the pizza toppings and cooking the Pizza:
1. Prepare the cook dough add the pizza sauce that you prefer.
2. Add all the cheese that you want to use (mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and more if you want) be generous with cheese.
3. Add the pizza meat.
4. All the vegetables that you want add ( onion, olives, pepper, jalapeño, mushrooms, pineapple if you like)
5. Top with cheese again.
6. On a pre-heated oven @ 450 Deg F/ 232 Deg F. Cook the pizza for 10 minutes. ( every oven is different watch it closely) You can cook it longer if you want a crusty top.
