Recipe:

1) Red Sauce:
5-6 Tomatoes
5-6 Dry Red chilies
Oil – 1Tsp
Jaggery
fresh basil leaves
Asafetida, Red chili powder, salt- as per tast
Method: Take a pan and add oil, asafetida(Hing), Red chili powder & Tomatoes. sauté it and add red dry chilies, salt & fresh basil. Sauté it until it became turn dark in colour as shown in video. And keep aside for cool.
Once it is cool completely add that into mixture jar and add Jaggery and grind it smooth paste .and sauce is ready.

2) Cannelloni:
1 cup- wheat flour
1tsp- oil
Salt- pinch
Water – as require
Method: Mix all together and make soft dough. Now, make a small balls and roll it as shown in video. Meanwhile, Take 4-5 cup of water in big pan, add salt & oil and keep it boil. Once it start boiling add the cannelloni into it and cook for 2 min. ( same like a pasta), and take out them in muslin cloth.

3) Stuffing:
100 grm- Paneer
50 grm- Capsicum ( all colour)
1 Cup- Boiled Corn + Green peas
100grm- Fresh Coriander
Chopped Green Chills
Method: Add grated paneer, capsicum, corn, green peas, salt, Italian sizzling and mix it together, add paprika & Mix herbs. Now, in a pan take 1 tsp oil add chopped green chilies and paneer mixture and mix well, last add the chopped coriander and keep aside.

4.) Stuffed the cannelloni and make the roll as shown in video.
5.) In a pan put the red sauce in bottom, and arrange the rolled cannelloni, drizzling some stuffing and sauce at last add grated cheese .
6.) Put that pan on Heavy bottom tawa and cook for 15-20 min. on small to medium flame.
7.) Serve it.
