Sometimes it takes very little to show your love. Sometimes expensive and sought-after gifts are not needed but it is enough to prepare something with the heart. Like these St. Joseph’s Zeppole that I prepared for my dad, in view of Father’s Day, which in Italy is the same day as St. Joseph (March 19th). With this recipe you can make both baked Zeppole and fried ones.
