1tsp yeast
1*8tsp salt
1/2tsp mixed italian herbs
1/2cup wholewheatflour=200cal
Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes
if u want more colour on bread then bake untill brown
total=200cal
i cut it into 8pieces
1bread=25cal
1bread weight approx 22grams
