– 250 g cold drained ricotta – 200 g cold 30% fat liquid cream – 60 g sifted icing sugar – seeds of a vanilla pod – 60 g crushed unsalted pistachios – 40 g of candied fruit in small pieces – 50 g of chocolate chips
