chicken bone lass cut into cube 300g
Asparagus 1/2cup
Mushrooms 1/2cup
Chopped onions 1/4cup
Orzo pasta 1cup
Chopped garlic 2tbsp
Chopped parsley 2tbsp
Butter small 4cube
Parmashan 1/4cup
Cooking cream 1/4cup
Fresh thyme 1tsp
Dry oregano 1tsp
Chili flacks 1/2tsp
Olive oil 2tbsp
Chicken stock water 2cup or warm water
Salt and pepper to taste
1. cut the chicken into cube without the bone wash well
2. Finely chopped the garlic , onions, parsley , and slice mushrooms , asparagus , pieces and keep aside.
3. put a pan in the heat and when it is hot add the olive oil ,garlic, onion , thyme dry oregano and sauté 45sec
4. when the chicken is tender , let it simmer for 5 minute add now mushrooms and fry 30 sec
Add orzo pasta, mix and pour stock water 2cup let it boil al dente fallow the this video method exclave.
