Cooking Challenge with the Best Italian & Turkish Dishes
Hey friends! I’m very excited about this video which I bake traditional Italian grandma cake (torta della nonna) and Alessandro (my boyfriend) cooks the best eggplant dish ever: Turkish karniyarik (stuffed eggplants with ground beef). I wanted to film a cooking challenge with my boyfriend but it turned into a “cooking together” video and we ended up helping each other instead 😄
It was ver challenging for me to work with gluten-free flour (there was mostly buckwheat flour inside) so I didn’t get the best looking cake ever in the end. But it tasted very delicious. But I have to admit that Alessandro was way more successful with Turkish karniyarik.
