Meatball Recipe (Thank you Sherry!)

1 lb. 80/20 ground beef
1 large egg
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 bread crumbs
2 tbsp garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 – 1tsp Usual Suspects (to taste, see recipe below!) – can substitute salt and pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking on the griddle)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix until evenly distributed. Use a tablespoon to help form the meatballs (slightly smaller than a golf ball, but size is as desired).
*This recipe packs a ton of flavor! You can add or take away any of the above to your preference.

Bring griddle to med/low heat. Once to temperature, lay approx. 1 tbsp of oil on the griddle, and lay the meatballs on the griddle. Cook on the first side for about a minute, and then turn each meatball. This is an active cook, as you will repeat this process for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature is to your desired doneness, ensuring you keep turning so you do not burn the outside. Serve with your favorite sauce!

Usual Suspects Seasoning: *This is for our shaker – makes approx. 4oz.

1tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Adobo
1 tbsp accent.
