5. Soaked black beans or any beans or canned – 1/2 cup
6. Shell Pasta or choice of Pasta- 1/2 cup
7. salt and pepper as per taste
8. Cayenne pepper or Red chili powder – 1 tsp or as per taste
9. Italian seasoning – 1 tsp or fresh herbs
10. Parmesan cheese – grated
