Chef Maria’s Recipe:
Cold spaghetti with Tuna, Basil and Tomato sauce
Ingredients:
-Garlic
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-Tomato Sauce
-Canned Tuna
-Spaghetti Pasta
-Salt
-Basil
Recipe
1. Place a pan on a medium heat fire.
2. Sauté garlic with a generous amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil until you smell the garlic fragrance.
3. Add the Tomato Sauce and Canned Tuna.
4. Then let it simmer until the watery texture is gone and only oil remains. Simmer on a low heat.
5. While waiting for the sauce to simmer, bring the pasta to boil without breaking it. Since it’s cold pasta, cook it for a minute or two less than what is directed on the packaging.
6. Add a generous amount of salt.
7. Once pasta is ready, wash it with cold water and place it in a cloth to dry it.
8. Add the pasta on the sauce. Add Basil herbs to taste.
9. Serve it.

Chef Christina’s Recipe:
Rice with Peas
Ingredients:
-Macaroni Vermicelli
-Rice
-Peas
-Water
-Olive Oil
-Tomato Sauce
-Garlic
-Coriander
-Carrot (chopped finely)
Recipe:
1. Sauté the garlic and coriander with olive oil in a pan
2. Place the carrot and peas on top of the mixture
3. Once ready, place the tomato sauce and mix it all together
4. Prepare the macaroni vermicelli in a separate pan, by frying it with olive oil until golden
5. Place the rice and water with the macaroni vermicelli
6. Once the rice and macaroni vermicelli mixture is ready, place it on a plate
7. Serve with the sauce prepared
