Pack of spaghetti pasta – you’ll need half a pack for two persons. 100g pancetta meat. 100g grated Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, or a combination of the two – leave 1/3 for sprinkling on the top after. Two large / three medium free range eggs. Teaspoon of lard. Black pepper.
