Italian Chaat Recipe
For Stuffing:
Oil: 2 tsp
Garlic: ½ tsp (Chopped)
Onion: 1 medium size (Chopped)
Bell Pepper: ½ bowl (Chopped)
Corn: ½ bowl (Chopped)
Black Olives: 2 tsp (Optional)
Chilli Flakes: ½ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce: 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Method:
1. In a Pan add oil. Once it heated add choopped garlic and saute it for 30 second. Now add chopped onion and saute it for a minute then add chooped bell pepper and boied corn. saute it for medium to high flame for 2 minutes. Then add chilli flakes , oregano, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.
2. After that add black olives, Tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mix them well. Here your stuffing is ready.
3. Then add the stuffing in the basket puri or canapes after it add some cheese sauce over it. Here your Italian Chaat ready.
For Cheese Sauce:
Cheese: 2 nos (cube)
Butter: 1 tsp
Milk: 2-3 tsp
Chilli Flakes: ¼ tsp
Oregano: ¼ tsp
How to make cheese sauce:
1. In the pan add milk after that add grated cheese and butter and mix it well until the mixture becomes smooth. Cook it only 2 minutes on a low flame on a gas or in the microwave for a minutes. Add chilli flakes and oregano. Mix them well. Here your cheese Sauce is ready.
