Today I am sharing a very unique,eye catching and mouth watering rice recipe “Italian Egg Style Rice with my little twist”.
Ingredients are very simple and you can find them easily from market.
Try this different yet delicious rice recipe once and I am sure you will like this Delicious healthy rice dish, insha Allah 🙂
Start with Bismillah 💖💖💖
Ingredients:-
Rice (I used basmati) 1/2 kg (wash and soak for 15 minutes)
Salt to taste
Ajinomoto salt 2tsp(optional)
Crushed White pepper 1tsp or to taste (or u can use black pepper instead)
Oregano 1 pinch
Rosemary leafs 1 pinch
Soy Sauce 3-4tbsp
Eggs 2 pieces
Spring Onion 2 cut into pieces(big or small)
Green Pea 1 cup (boil til half done)
Carrots 2 ( peel,washed and cut into pieces)(boil til half done)
Capsicum 2 cubed
Cabbage 1 cup Julienne cut or cubed
Oil as required
