A little loud the evening I went but that’s to be expected. Service was very friendly (shouts to Diane!). The plain pizza was incredible. Great thin and crispy crust, cheese was well cooked and the sauce was notably sweet (and spread in a spiral pattern).
The unique item on offer here is the Iselin Fair Pizza. It’s a personal sized pizza consisting of deep fried dough, sauce and grated cheese (parmesan?). I absolutely loved it though I think some people won’t go for a savory fried dough flavor. Reminded me of a zeppoli in its consistency but other than that, I’ve had nothing like it!
