Today I’m making my easy mushroom Alfredo Pasta. In this video I made creamy mushroom pasta but you can add it to almost anything you like. Make it in 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS*
1 cup boiled pasta
150g mushrooms
4-5 (1 tbsp) garlic
1 medium white/ yellow onion
Onion stem
15-20 spinach leaves
1 tbsp butter
All-purpose flour
100 ml milk
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Grated and sliced cheese
Tips:
•Mushrooms need to be cooked until it’s browned to release maximum flavor.
•Make sure to boil the spinach.
• In case it ends up too salty, add sugar to balance the saltiness.
