Ingredients
Pork Chops Rinsed Under Cold Running Water and Patted Using Kitchen Paper
Finely Chop 1 Large Onion
A Few Cleaned Mushrooms of Choice
Seasoning to Taste
Garlic Granules or Powder
Italian Seasoning To Taste
1 Can of Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Oil of Choice
1/2 Cup of Water
Potatoes for Mash or Rice and Vegetable of choice
Method
Rinse the Pork Chops Under Cold Running Water and Pat Dry with Kitchen Paper
Make a Couple of Cuts into the Pork Fat this prevents them from Curling Up
Season the Chops with Salt and Pepper and Season with Garlic Granules and Italian Seasoning, Turn the Chops Over and Repeat again
Finely Chop 1 Large Onion
Clean some Mushrooms
In a Frying Pan add 2 Tablespoons of Butter and 1 Tablespoon of Oil of Choice
Gently Fry Chopped Onions and Mushrooms Fry until Softened
Add the Pork Chops and Gently Fry When Browned on One Side turn over and Brown the Other side of the Chops
Remove From Heat and Place In Ovenproof Dish Cover with the Onions and Mushrooms
Add 1 Can of Mushroom Condensed Soup Mix Well
Rinse out the Soup Can with Half Cup of Water and Pour over the Chops
Cover the Dish with Kitchen Foil
Bake in a Preheated oven 170c
Bake for 1 Hour
Remove and Serve with Mash Potatoes or Rice and Vegetable of Choice
