Quick & Creamy Indian Style Pasta Recipe |Easy Veg Pasta Recipe | Restaurant Style Pink Sauce #pasta

Every weekend family demands for special food but no one knows better than me that it’s not always easy. That’s why here is a different quick and creamy Indian style pasta recipes, so that you can spend the precious time with your family and yet enjoy these special pastas 🙂

INGREDIENTS:-
Penne Pasta – 1 cup (250gm)
Onion – 1/2 cup
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curd – 1/2 cup
All purpose Flour – 1:30 tsp
Degi Mirch – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Tomato puree – 1 cup
chilli flakes to taste
Oregano to taste
Sufficient water to boil pasta

Process-

1. Boil pasta by adding salt and oil in it.
2. Meanwhile, in a separate pan take oil, add ginger, garlic and red chilli, add onion and capsicum. Saute them
3. Add tomato puree cook it, then add curd.
4. Add salt, pepper, pasta masala.
5. Add boiled pasta. Mix Well. Garnish with some chilli flakes and oregano.
6. Mixed sauce pasta is ready to be served😁
