Want a delicious dinner in a pinch? Turn to @Frankie Celenza for spaghetti puttanesca, which uses solely pantry ingredients! This everyday spaghetti with pungent, salty and briny flavors is delicious every day of the week

Ingredients:

1 pound spaghetti
1/4 cup capers
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 oz anchovy filets in olive oil
6 oz pitted kalamata olives, drained
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 red pepper flake packet (1/2 teaspoon)

Steps:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium, add the capers and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the olive oil, garlic and anchovies, and cook while stirring for 3-4 more minutes.

3. Add the olives, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Stir in the red pepper flakes and serve.
