📝 Ingredients
Bruschetta dip
► 6 large ripe but firm tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped
► 20 g fresh chopped basil (stalks and all)
► 2 cloves crushed garlic
► 1.5 Tbsp. lemon juice
► 2 tbsp. olive oil
► 3/4 tsp salt
► 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
📝 Instructions for the Bruschetta dip
1.Blend everything in the blender (Very simple).
2.Decant the sauce to a dish or Tupperware container and leave to chill in the fridge for at least twenty minutes.
3.Serve with a good bread to mop it up! Enjoy!
