This is a classic Italian lasagna recipe.
Ingredients:
1.For the bolognese sauce:
Ground beef – 1 kg
Onion 1 pc
Carrot -1 pc
Tomato sauce -150 gr
Tomatoes -2 pcs
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Garlic -3 cloves
Basil dry-1 tsp
Salt, pepper – to taste
2.Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:
Milk -1 L
Butter – 100 gr (5 tbsp.)
Flour -50 gr (8 tbsp.)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp2.
3. Mozzarella cheese – 200g
Parmesan cheese-100g
4.Pasta – 16 pcs.
My recipe uses pasta that needs to be boiled. You can use pasta that doesn’t need to be boiled. See instructions on the package.
