A tasty and beautiful dessert that is ready in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
250 ml (1 cup) full-fat cream; 200 g (1 cup) mascarpone; 50 g (¼ cup) sugar; 1 pandoro; powdered sugar.
METHOD
Beat full-fat cream with sugar and mascarpone until smooth and airy.
Cut 2 slices of pandoro from the middle part.
Spread mascarpone cream on one slice of pandoro and top with the other one, pressing on it slightly.
Smooth out the edges with a spatula.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
