Ok, I admit it, I spend way too much time on the food side to TikTok, LOL 😂🤓. When I saw this I had to try to veganize it. Turns out it was super simple to do. Special thanks to my taste tester Keaton. He’s always game for trying a new recipe when mom calls ❤️☺️.

It’s barely a recipe but here are the ingredients & directions for the TikTok Chick’n Caccaitore Sliders:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Ingredients:
* Tray buns
* Your favourite vegan nugget. (I love the Yves brand veggie nuggets)
* Pizza sauce
* Vegan mozzarella cheese. (I used the Violife brand)
* Italian seasoning
* Garlic powder &/or garlic & herb seasoning. (I used Club House brand)
* Margarine. (I used vegan Becel)

Directions:
1. Cut the buns in half horizontally, being careful to leave them attached.
2. Spread on a layer of pizza sauce on each bun.
3. Add on nugget (or two if your nuggets are small or your buns are big) to the centre of each bun.
4. Mound some cheese on top of each nugget.
5. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning and garlic & herb seasoning to taste.
6. Spread more pizza sauce on to the bottom of the top half of the buns that you sliced off…..hope that makes sense….😬.
7. Place the tops of the buns on top to sandwich it all.
8. Brush the tops of the buns liberally with garlic butter (Becel melted with garlic powder and a little salt).
8. Cover with foil.
9. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
10. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 15 minutes depending on how crispy you want the sliders.
11. Cut or pull apart and enjoy ☺️.
