How to make tiramisu at home with just 7 ingredients? Try this fantastic quick recipe in 15 minutes. All your guests will love it.
This is not a traditional Italian recipe, there are no raw eggs here, but trust me, you will love it

Ingredients:
20 biscuits (Italian Savoiardi)
70 g sugar (we have white and brown)
250 g mascarpone cheese
300 ml heavy cream
200 ml strong coffee
30 ml whiskey / rum / liqueur (can be replaced with 10 ml vanilla extract)
Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Prepare espresso coffee and cool it down.
Prepare the mascarpone cream: whip the cream and sugar, then add the mascarpone and beat until smooth. Pour whiskey into coffee and mix.
We begin to lay out the cookies in the form, along the entire perimeter. To begin with, hold the cookies in coffee for 2-3 seconds. Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the bottom layer of the cookie.
Repeat the process for the second layer, gently leveling the cream using the offset spatula. If you intend to serve tiramisu the next day, cover overnight with plastic wrap and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder just before serving.
In our experience, tiramisu is always best chilled in the refrigerator overnight and served the next day.
