width: 3 – 5 mm (1/8 inch)
FETTUCCINE ALFREDO SAUCE (“Burro e Parmigiano”)
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese: 6 oz (180 g); DON’T USE ‘PARMESAN’— it’s not the same thing in most countries
butter: 6.5 tbsp (90 g)
fettuccine pasta: for 4 (1 lb) —if not making it fresh using recipe above!
