Recipe and Process
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
Veggies (onion, celery, sweet peppers)
Apples (Granny Smith)
Sausage
Orzo (Macaroni)
Fresh Parsley

Steps:
Melt butter
Add veggies – saute for 2 minutes
Add apples and sausages (optional – saute for 1 minute
Season with 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon of Black pepper, Stir
set aside.
Note: You may substitute sausage with seafood or chicken.

Cook Pasta:
Bring 2 & 1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock to a boil
Add 1 & 1/2 cups of Orzo
Cook until liquid is completely dry

Add Cooked pasta to veggies, salt to your taste if needed and stir.
Serve hot or cold and Enjoy!
