for white sauce:

2tbsp butter
2tbsp all purpose flour(maida)
1 1/2 cup milk
as per taste salt
2tsp black pepper
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp red chilli flakes
1tsp oregeno
1tsp thymes
1tsp sugar
2tbsp grated cheese

for veggies:(all chopped)

1 red capsicum
1 yellow capsicum
1 green capsicum
2tbsp sweet corns( boiled)
2tbsp broccoli(blanched)
1 carrot
more veggies can be added of self choice

method:

in a wok
take butter,maida
stir continously for 30 seconds on lowflame
then slowly add milk and keep stirring continously
till you get thick consistency(if its too thick more milk may be added)
once it gets thick switch off the flame
add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder ,sugar
add thymes , red chilli flakes , oregeno
add veggies
switch on flame again
keep again for 1 minute on low flame
