The Feast of the Seven Fishes is a holiday tradition where Italian-Americans make and serve a bunch of Italian seafood dishes for Christmas Eve. In this episode, I’m making a delicious cold calamari salad and perfectly crisp fried calamari. Calamari is inexpensive and very easy to cook provided it’s cooked very quickly!
