Easy Italian Apple Cake | Recipe:

Ingredients:
230g flour 00
150g powdered sugar
120 g butter
eggs 3
1 sachet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanillin
4 golden apples
milk q.s
100 g of dark chocolate
Brown sugar q.s
butter and flour for the mold

Recipe:
Whip butter and icing sugar (sifted) together, beat the eggs in another bowl, and then add them to the butter mixture.
Beat everything with electric whisks and once homogeneous incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder.
Stir again with the whisk until everything is mixed, add the vanillin and adjust the consistency with the milk to create a soft puree. Peel two of the four apples available and cut them into small pieces, incorporate them into the dough, and turn them gently with a spatula to inglobate them. Butter and flour a mold (about 24 cm), pour the mixture and on top, before decorating with apples, add 100g of coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
Peel the two remaining apples and cut them into equal wedges. decorate the top of the cake and cover them with a light layer of brown sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated static oven for 45/50 minutes. after 40 minutes do the toothpick test and continue it up to 50 minutes if it is not dry yet. Let cool slightly before removing from the mold and serve.
