RECIPE for 3 PERSONS
350g linguine
150g crab meat
400g tomatoes sauce
Bounce of parsley
Garlic
2 tbs Evo oil
Salt
1 glass of Prosecco
Habanero spicy peperoncino (optional)
TIPS
– leave the sauce cook for minimum 15 minutes in slow cooking. More it stays, more all the flavors combine in best way. If the sauce will get a bit dry, add pasta water #nofearatall
– Take out the pasta from the water few minutes before is ready and let it “make love” with the incredible sauce of tomatoes and crab. Will give you a big satisfaction.
