Italian Pepperoni & Pesto Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
10 pcs Loaf bread
Jacob’s Italian Pepperoni
Jacob’s Tuna Pesto
2 cups Bread crumbs
2 pcs Eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. flour
Cheese cut into strips
Cooking oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:
Flatten each bread using rolling pin.
For the batter mixture, mix the milk, flour and egg.
Spread the Jacob’s Italian Pepperoni, Tuna Pesto and cheese strips in each bread loaf then roll the bread tightly.
Dip the bread roll in batter mixture (beaten egg, milk and flour), then roll in a plate of bread crumbs.
Repeat until you finish all the bread.
Heat oil in a pan and fry bread rolls until golden brown. Drain in tissue paper to remove excess oil.
SERVE AND ENJOY !
