Buckeye Cookie Recipe:
3 Sticks of butter
2 1/2 cups of JIF Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
7 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
In kitchen mixer we started by mixing butter, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar in 3 parts. Once mixed scoop with small cookie scoop on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll into balls and flash freeze for about 10 minutes chilled. Then dip

Equal parts Oil and Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Dijon Mustard
Friday:
Italian Ricotta Cookie:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. lemon zest
15 oz ricotta whole milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder. and salt then set aside. In our mixer whip together butter, sugar, lemon zest until pale and fluffy. Mix in ricotta and vanilla then add one egg at a time. Slowly add in dry ingredients until combined. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill 2 hours. Once chilled scoop 1 Tbsp using scoop and shape into balls on a lined cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees 12-14 minutes until bottoms are golden. Cool on baking rack Once cool dip cookies in glaze add sprinkles.
Glaze:
1 Tbsp butter melted
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
4-6 TBSP Milk.
