***TIPS***

1. Make sure the meatballs are smooth and compact when rolling them, otherwise they’ll fall apart and crumble!
2. Don’t forget to gently press them down when frying, this will make sure that the inside is perfectly cooked too!
3. You can use any vegetable oil for frying them but obviously, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best!
4. Cook them on a medium heat, not too strong otherwise you’ll burn the outside and leave the inside raw!

350g MINCED MEAT (PORK & BEEF)
70g BREADCRUMBS
50g PARMESAN CHEESE
2 EGGS
PARSLEY
SALT

FOR THE SAUCE

¼ OF AN ONION
200ml PASSATA
5/6 CHERRY TOMATOES
OLIVE OIL
CHILLI FLAKES
SALT
