In my question to make the best Italian Beef sammiches around, hopefully even better than the famous local Chicagoland favorite restaurants such as Johnny’s or Al’s, I have made another iteration of sous vide cooked beef roast, but this time I sear the roast using the Su-V Gun by @GrillBlazer . It turned out excellent!
