Tony was destined to keep the entrepreneurial spirit of his family’s restaurant business roots alive.
His thirst and passion for Italian food, tasty grapes, and hospitality have served as the roadmap to his heart’s compass.
Pizza Face, located in Community Foods Chinook, is a small pop-up pizza shop that serves stone-baked New York-style pizzas with quality local ingredients.
In 2020 Pizza Face was the only prairie pizza shop to be featured in NARCITY’s top 10 Pizzas in Canada.
Tony’s newest restaurant D.O.P. “An Italian Joint”, prides itself on traditional Italian recipes.
D.O.P’s Head Chef Sandro Chinea brings a wealth of experience and culinary knowledge while working with Tony’s mother Rose, to develop simple and unforgettable dishes that will keep you coming back.
Throughout the world, Italian food enjoys a reputation of high-quality thanks to its centuries-old traditions and dedication to excellence.
