INGREDIENTS
150g of hazelnuts 150g (3/4 cup) of sugar 180g (1 1/4 cups) of flour 120g (1/2 cup) of butter 80g of melted dark chocolate
METHOD

In a food processor finely chop hazelnuts. Transfer them to the bowl and add the sugar, flour, and butter at room temperature.
Mix well with the hands to create the dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After time elapsed from the balls by take small pieces of the dough. Transfer them to the tray and bake at 180Β°C/356Β°F for 20 minutes.
Take the one ball add the melted chocolate on top and cover with another one.
