1 lb bacon rashers
16 oz smoked Italian sausages or Italian cocktail sausages at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
Wooden skewers, submerged in water the night before to avoid burning
Cooking spray
To serve:
Barbeque sauce or any sauce of your choice

0:10 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil, then grease with cooking spray.
