Focaccia is an Italian flat leavened bread. It’s a no knead bread, which is very simple to make. It’s crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

The blend of olive oil, herbs and sea salt imparts a beautiful taste. Basically, they’re topped with rosemary and sea salt.

I’ve made the gardenscape style, with cherry tomatoes, shallots and fresh herbs, representing a tulip garden.

They make a great breakfast menu and also pairs best with a warm bowl of creamy soup.

🥣 Ingredients:
2 cup Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 cup Luke Warm Water
Olive Oil, as required
Sea Salt Flakes
Herbs and Veggies of choice to garnish
