Italian Taralli Authentic Recipe
These Italian Taralli, are similar to a cracker, bread stick and pretzel all rolled into one, but better. A soft no yeast dough, made with olive oil and white wine. Boiled then baked. Crunchy and tasty!
Ingredients:
4 cups All Purpose Flour or high protein flour for healthier chioce
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Dry White Wine
2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Fennel Seeds/ (chilli flakes-optional)
