Lasagna is an italian Christmas tradition,lasagna/lazanya is an italian dish,with layers of rich homemade meat sauce,creamy bechamel sauce,lasagna sheets,Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.the cooked or oven-ready lasagna sheets assembled with the other ingredients and then baked in an oven 30 minutes 180c.The resulting lasagna casserole is cut into single-serving square portions.

INGREDIENTS :
For meat sauce –
Ground meat 500g
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 2
Tomato purée 1 or 2 Cups
Salt
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Pepper powder
Dried oregano
Water or Chicken stock 1 Cup
For bechamel sauce –
Butter 50g
Flour 2 tbsp
Fresh Milk 500ml
Salt
Pepper powder
Mozzarella cheese
