100g – Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese)

4tbsp – Butter
Salt and Pepper

For the pork
1Lb – Pork Loin or shoulder
1Cup – Milk
5 – Garlic cloves
1/4Cup – Vegetable Stock
6 – Medium Shallots
2tbsp – Thyme
2 – Bay leaves
1 – Branch of rosemary
Salt and pepper
