This creamy Italian garlic chicken recipe may not be an authentic Italian dish, but has all the ingredients found in authentic Italian dishes. It also displays the colours of the Italian flag as you cook it 🙂 Anyway it’s creamy. it’s garlicky, and it’s perfect comfort food, so please give it a go. If the sauce is not thick enough you can add some parmesan at the end.

Ingredients
2 large or three small chicken breasts
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
25g butter
4 cloves of garlic
A large handful of cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
250ml double (heavy) cream
