Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken gizzards
2 cups buttermilk
1¼ cups self-rising or all-purpose flour
2 tsp hot sauce
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian herb seasoning
garlic salt & ground black pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying, roughly 5-8 cups

To Serve:
¼ cup tomato sauce per serving
¼ cup teriyaki sauce per serving

For Garnish:
roughly ⅛ tsp parsley

0:10 In a mixing bowl, season the chicken gizzards generously with garlic salt and pepper.
