For the maple syrup dressing
1 tablespoon (15 grams) olive oil extra virgin
1 tablespoon (15 grams) lemon juice
1 teaspoon (6 grams) mustard
½ tablespoon (10 grams) maple syrup

For the salad
10.5 ounces (300 grams) Brussels sprouts
⅓ cup (30 grams) dried cranberries or raisins
⅓ cup (30 grams) walnuts or pine nuts

2 tablespoons (30 grams) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (20 grams) maple syrup or agave syrup
2 teaspoons (12 grams) mustard
