I like Italian recipes. They are so easy and cheap. But still yummy!
🔶Risotto rice with mushrooms:
rice risotto
150g champignons
300 g porcini mushrooms or 150 g dry
one onion
80 g butter
50 ml olive oil
1 liter of mushroom broth
half a glass of dry white wine
Parmesan 100 g
salt, black pepper, parsley
Salt the mushroom broth from porcini mushrooms.
Fry onions and mushrooms in butter and add ready-made porcini mushrooms from the broth. Pour olive oil into a frying pan with high sides, add dry rice and fry well, stirring for 2 minutes.
Now pour the hot broth and wine, cover all the rice. When the broth has evaporated, add the broth several times until it is ready. Cook over low heat. Combine ready-made mushrooms and rice. Add Parmesan and mix everything. This dish has a special Delicate taste. So it’s worth a try.
