One can never go wrong with Chicken Alfredo Pasta. No matter how many times you have it, you always keep craving for more!
Ingredients:
Fettucine pasta 200gm ( boil according to instructions on packet)
Chicken breasts 2
Marination:
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oil 1.5tbsp
(marinate for atleast 30 mins)
For Alfredo sauce:
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp(chopped)
Milk 1.5 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Cayenne chilli pepper 1 tsp
cream 3 tbsp
Mozarella & cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Olives 15-20
