👉🏻 If you don’t have sourdough starter and can’t get it from anyone you know, have a look at this video that explains how to start your own starter:
🕓 I feed my starter every couple of weeks. I usually mix 2 parts starter with 2 parts flour and 1 part water, so my starter is naturally thicker than the one you see in the video linked above. If you have a 1:1:1 starter (same amounts of starter, flour and water), which is runnier, then add a bit more flour to the dough if it feels too liquid to work with (although I tried it once with a runnier starter and I didn’t have to add more flour).
