Today, I am going to tell you how to make easy and simple panna cotta at home.
Ingredients:
Panna Cotta:
Milk 200 ml
Fresh Cream 200 ml
Gelatine powder 5-6 grams
Sugar 3-4 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Raspberry coulis:
Fresh Raspberry 200 grams
Sugar half cup
Water 1 glass
Décor items:
Chocolate to make Choco-bowl for panna cotta
Fresh Raspberry
Mint Leave
Procedure:
Add 200 ml of fresh milk in a sauce pan and gently heat it. do not boil. hot upon touch only. now, add 2-3 tsp sugar and give it a whisk to combine properly. now remove from stove and add 200 ml of fresh cream in a saucepan and mix it properly.
Hydrate the Gelatine:
Add 5 grams of gelatine in half cup of water and mix it and let it rest for 2-3 mins.
Now, Add hydrated gelatine in a sauce pan. then add vanilla extract and combine them properly.
Transfer the mixture into required mould and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Raspberry Coulis:
Add a glass of water and bring it to boil. add 200 grams of fresh raspberry in boiling water and add half cup of sugar. Bring it to simmer on low heat until raspberry properly dissolve. Now, Remove from stove and strain the raspberry sauce and remove all seeds. Smooth and Nice raspberry coulis is ready.
Choco-Bowl for panna cotta:
Melt the chocolate by placing it in warm water and pour in a plate. Now, dip the inflated medium size balloon in chocolate and place it on serving plate. let it rest for 5-7 mins in refrigerator.
Décor:
Now, take out your panna cotta from refrigerator and place it nicely on choc-bowl. Top the panna cotta with raspberry sauce and décor with fresh raspberry and mint leaves. and SERVE!
