Today I want to teach you how to make a CLASSIC ITALIAN CARBONARA! #shorts

Ingredients (serves 4):
-360g spaghetti
-150g guanciale (you can use pancetta or bacon lardons instead)
-4 egg yolks
-50g Pecorino cheese (you can replace it with Parmigiano)
-a pinch of salt
-a pinch of pepper

First of all, let’s make your beautiful CARBOCREAM! In a bowl, mix egg yolks with grated Pecorino cheese until beautiful.

In a pan over medium heat, sizzle your guanciale lardons until nice and crispy, then set aside.

Add your boiled spaghetti in the greasy pan and toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together.

Turn the heat off and add your CARBOCREAM along with some pasta water and mix until nice and creamy!

Finally add your crispy guanciale lardons on top and serve with a sprinkle of ground pepper to make it sexy!
