Pasta Tomato Sauce Italian Spaghetti and More

My way of using up my veggies that are about to go off. Why not use it to make a big amount of pasta sauce for the family? Here’s my recipe. Thank you for watching my videos s and for supporting my channel.

Ingredients:

• 6-8 tomatoes chopped
• 2 red capsicum chopped
• 1-2 green capsicum chopped
• 2 large onions chopped
• 6 garlic cloves minced
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tbs oregano
• 1 tbs dry basil
• 1 tbs sugar
• 2 tbs oil
• 2 jars 680ml of pasta sauce
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1-2 tbs salt
• Black pepper to season
• 500 grams of pork/beef mince
• 4 cups or more of beef stock

Steps:

1. Chop all the veggies, onions and garlic
2. Add oil to the pan
3. Once oil is hot enough, add onions and cook until golden
4. Add garlic and all the veggies
5. Keep stirring then add all the spices
6. Add pasta sauce and beef stock
7. Let it simmer for an hour
8. Blend the sauce with hand blender
9. Cook mince with some more spices and add to sauce
10. Simmer for few more minutes and then serve with pasta or use the sauce to make lasagne or pasta bake
