Recipe
Step 1
Heat a pan, add butter and as it melts , add garlic , onion and saute until the onions are translucent.

Step 2.
Add the chopped vegetables (celery, Carrot , zucchini, baby corn, beans) and saute for few mins on medium flame.

Step 3.
Add the Tomato puree, tomato ketchup and Tabasco sauce, cover and cook for a few mins.

Step 4.
Add the vegetable stock, salt and cook for few mins.

Step 5.
Add fresh Basil leaves, Grated Cheese, dry Oregano, crushed pepper, boiled macaroni pasta and mix well.
Garnish with Cheese, Basil and serve hot.
